Gadsra Creatives, a brand of Gadsra Ventures, sells digital products, including Canva templates and other downloadable creative resources.
1. No Returns on Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the digital product or access link has been successfully delivered. Digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.
2. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases where access has already been delivered.
- Failure to use or edit a template due to the customer’s lack of familiarity with Canva.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on personal design preferences when the product matches its description.
However, customers may contact us if a payment was deducted more than once, the purchased product or access link was not delivered, or the supplied product has a material problem that prevents the advertised use. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable or required by law.
3. Cancellation
An order for a digital product cannot ordinarily be cancelled once payment has been completed and digital access has been delivered. Please review the product description and details carefully before placing your order.
